2 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1/4 cup Organic Coconut Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup Agave Nectar
1 cup Unsalted Butter or Margarine
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1-1/3 cups Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, blend together the agave nectar, butter or margarine, vanilla and eggs.
Beat until you reach a smooth consistency.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry.
Add chocolate chips. Mix well.
Spoon by the tablespoon onto a cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 - 10 minutes, or until done.
